Meet Attorney Peter E. Horne

Peter E. Horne has been licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania since 1979.  His practice is concentrated in Lawrence County.  
However, he also practices extensively in Beaver, Butler and Mercer County.
Attorney Horne is a lifelong resident of Lawrence County.  He presently resides
with his two sons in the Neshannock Township School District.

He attended Westminster College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Art
Degree, cum laude in 1976.  He was a 1979 graduate of the University of
Pittsburgh School of Law where he received the Aldisert Award for Appellate
Advocacy.  Since graduation, he has served as a Solicitor for the City of New
Castle as well as the Lawrence County DUI Program.  In addition, he has served
as the Solicitor for the Coroner of Lawrence County since 1982.

He is a present member of the Lawrence County and Pennsylvania Bar
Association belonging to the Family, Estates and Elder Law Sections of the
Pennsylvania Bar Association.  He is a past  member of the Executive Committee
for the Republican Party of Lawrence County and has served on the Board of
Directors for the Towering Titans of Westminster College since 1989.
